What information can people find on your business profile? Is your profile up to date on the Member Information Center (MIC)? Add your business logo, contact information, map location, job openings, images, videos, events, and hot deals to increase traffic to your Mini Webpage.
The Member Information Center (MIC) is an internal website just for Chamber members. Each representative (employee) in the company has a login and password and can utilize the MIC to manage a variety of member activities such as updating representative and company information, logo, job openings, scheduling events etc. All information posted on the MIC account updates the Business Directory Search on the austincoc.com website, including your Mini Webpage.
Each representative from a Chamber member business has a unique username. These can be anything from the reps first and last name to a business email address. A rep can request access to the MIC from Jeanine Nelson, our Member Relations & Major Events staff. A link will be sent to the rep inviting them to create their own login, or reset a forgotten password if the login information has been created in the past.
If you are having a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony, open house, anniversary celebration, fundraiser, sidewalk sale, seasonal sale, or any special event that you would like shared, you can submit it to the online calendar for just Chamber members, or the Public calendar if it is an event open to the public. This can be helpful if the event is ticketed or requires RSVP for advanced planning purposes. All submitted events are reviewed by a Chamber staff before getting posted so that we can ensure all the necessary information is included and we can reach out with other advertising avenues.
A member-to-member Hot Deal is a special pricing on products or services offered to fellow Chamber members. These are deals that aren’t available to the general public, just those who belong to the Chamber with you! Deals and specials that are open to the general public can be submitted under “Hot Deals.”
